Nikki has written articles in Home Educators Family Times, Catholic Home News, HEN News and Lifeboat (a publication of Redevelopment Opportunities for Women). She also has articles accepted for publication in the fall issue of Life Learning Magazine and Hearts at Home Magazine. Nikki has also written five picture books. Her first picture book, The Potty Train, is scheduled to be published by Guardian Angel Publishing in 2008. She is both author and illustrator.
